My favorite recipe-Sticky Bowl Meal *nebaneba don*-

I like Japanese food, especially gooey food. It's good for your health.
My favorite recipe is a sticky bowl meal, It called a Nebaneba-don(nebaneba is sticky and don is a meal served in a bowl).

**Recipe**
・rice(sticky type)
・vinegar
・sugar
・a sweet sake(used as seasoning)

・fermented soybeans(natto)
・a squid(raw)
・a tuna(raw)
・pickles
・a gumbo(okura)
・Japanese yam(sticky potato)
・a sea grass
・a egg(raw)
・soy sauce
・Japanese horseradish(wasabi)
・sesame seeds

*A gumbo: if you cut it, it's sticky.
*Fermented soybeans: It's too bad smell but very delicious.It separates likes and dislikes.























1. First,you wash the rice, then it boil about 20-30 minutes.
2. Next,you stir vinegar,sugar and a sweet sake.
3. Then you put the blend of seasonings in the rice.
4. You slice the squid, dice the tuna into small cubes,cut fine the pickles,the gumbo and the sea grass,grate the Japanese yam,whip the fermented soybeans(not stir).
5. Then, you put in a rice in the bowl and cutting foods on a rice.
6. At the last,you put on a egg and sesame seeds also you pour soy sauce. If you like Japanese horseradish, you'll put on it, but be careful the wasabi is very pungency.
